Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, which will include your order number and shipping method selected. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with major shipping carriers UPS and USPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

International Shipping
Availability: We currently do not offer international shipping on our website but if you email us at hello@kinshipgift.com we will work with you on international rates and preparation. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.

Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.
APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping times may vary based on the destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Issues
Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@kinshipgift.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Kinship is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
