What is included in the price of a pre-curated gift?
When you purchase a pre-curated gift, the price listed includes the packaging and a local greeting card. This ensures a seamless gifting experience with no hidden costs.

Can I customize my card and packaging choices?
Yes, if you are looking to customize your card choice and packaging to be more economical or eco-friendly, you can use our box builder. This tool allows you to select a complimentary notecard and opt for no gift packaging to suit your preferences.



Ordering and Payment

What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and corporate invoicing for bulk orders. For large corporate orders, we also offer flexible payment terms.

*For corporate orders our pricing provided is based on a payment method of check or ACH transfer. If you would like to pay via credit card a 3% credit card processing fee may be added.

How far in advance should I place my order?
CORPORATE ORDERS:For corporate or bulk orders, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance. For custom and bulk orders, please allow 4-6 weeks to ensure we have ample time to create and deliver your perfect gifts.

WEBSITE ORDERS: For website orders, we ensure that all gifts are shipped within 3-5 business days at the latest. Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day. If you require expedited shipping, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I get a quote before placing an order?
